As I sit here at the 'puter waiting to wash out hair dye glop, I am wearing my new attractiveness enhancers (thank you Julie and Cella for that)....I went for the rimless jobs like Principal Aiken's except mine are less rectangular. And, to be honest(tmClay), they don't really do much to enhance anything on me except to keep me from running off the road.
While trying on practically every frame in the store, my mind turned to Clay...that happens a lot. I tried to think of one other young popstar who would be caught dead wearing his glasses on stage. I couldn't think of one. And I'm NOT going to count Elton John.
Anyway...my point in all this is that Clay's lack of vanity and strength of character to be who he is and make no apologies for it is incredibly sexy and appealing. Others sure could take a lesson from him.
Well, shoot, I sure never meant to go on and on about glasses, but Julie's killer MP and her new cool specs prompted me.
I really meant to wish JYNNAN TONNIX a very Happy Birthday. You really do have an inspired moniker. I tried to think of one for myself using my favorite drink, but Bloody Mary just doesn't cut it.
NELLE Fabulous MP!!! That will keep us going for quite a while. It really is amazing what Clay has accomplished this year, isn't it?
ALYSE Wonderful BEVR! But you know what, I wouldn't give up hope that you still might get some kind of response from Clay about Hunter. For Jerome to mention your full name to Clay, but then Clay not making any mention of Hunter just strikes me as odd and out of character for Clay. I could be dead wrong, but I wouldn't give up hope yet.
JILL I will miss your Jillcerts immensely! I know you sometimes wondered if anyone out there was "listening", but, believe me, we were! Your turn of phrase and stream of consciousness reporting with that southern flair is priceless. If we northern, literal types tried to do what you do, it'd sound like we were reading stock reports.
HAPPY NEW YEAR, BROADS! 2006 is going to be another amazing year for Clay. I feel blessed to be part of this fandom, and it sure feels good to be a Clay Aiken fan. I just love him.
