Sorry Bonnie, I guess I was under the impression by your prior post that you were a little 'put out' by people who didn't show up and then a little upset again that no one responded to your earlier comment. I was just trying to point out that a lot of the people on that list aren't really posting that much - if at all - anymore - so maybe they didn't see your first post asking for an explanation. I wish all of you could go on one concert trip with this Louisiana group.....you get twenty southern cajun gurrls together...it is loud, funny and bawdy. We have Mardi Gras beads that we wore the entire time. Wendy, it doesn't bother me so much that people who said they would be there didn't show up, it's just the fact that no one said anything to anyone about what happened to them. Sure, I do know that things come up and plans change, but at least you could say something. I know I would have. Bonnie, perhaps the problem lies in the fact that a lot of the people who were listed on the 'after' party list either do not post here (regularly) or have not checked in since returning to their homes. It probably could have been addressed through an email with better results. While myself and others are/were/always will be 'Atlanta Broads' ... we were not on the list saying we would attend the 'after party' so even though we've posted - we can't answer for others. Hi everyone, I haven't posted in a long time, but I am hear everyday enjoying the funny, loving and brilliant front pages and reading every word in the purple pages. I love all of the great brevs. KillerDee, I wanted to tell you that, for some reason, your's really touched me and brought tears. I love him sooo much, it hurts sometime. < My 2 daughters, 2 granddaughters, sister and a WMS friend went to the Pensacola show. It was wonderful. The venue was VERY cold, we were sitting on ice, but Clay was hawt enough to make up for it. After the show we went to MGMPat's (and friend's)hospitality room and had a great time. There was only one other lady there because everyone else was out in the cold waiting to see Clay at the busses. I am so sorry that I cannot remember her name. If she was not a Broad, she should have been. Her and Pat were wonderful hosts and very funny. I haven't laughed that much in ages. I just wanted you to know that we appreciated your hospitality and we had a great time. I had my 14 year old granddaughters with me, and fortunately, they went to sleep as soon as we got there. The conversation got a little, shall we say adult. We were not worried, they hear worse that that at school, but it was just as well that they went to sleep. Thank you Pat for a wonderful ending to our fabulous day of Clay. Thanks also for the pictures you posted today and all of the ones you and everyone post in on the photo pages.> LOL I hope I remembered the html stuff. Bye for now. Hi honeys....I'm home! Back from my southern twofer. I did Nashville on Friday night and Pensacola on Sunday night. That worked out real well since I was able to see Gregory in The Work and he was adorable. In fact, I don't know if anyone has mentioned this but let me show you what he did that night. He is a "little ham" as Clay says and also, evidently, quite at ease with Clay. This all occured while Clay was singing DSIAFCD. Clay ruffles Gregory's hair Gregory gets an idea Gregory reaches up behind Clay It's a hard reach but Gregory manages to ruffle Clay's hair John and Quiana think it's pretty funny Clay shakes mic at Gregory Clay fixes hair I thouroughly enjoyed Pensacola...of course I should....I ended up with front row just a little bit off of dead center. He was so beautiful and sparkly it almost hurt to look at him. We even made eye contact and he licked his lips. You can all say or think what you please but I took that as a special message to ME. One of the Louisiana Clay Fan group I was there with had a M&G. She said he was almost hyperactive after the show....dancing in the hall, etc. They all fell in love with him again he was so adorable but felt maybe he had taken some medicine for throad/cold/sinus, (whatever) because afterwards he went straight to the bus...no lights on and never came out. They were told by security that he was already asleep on the bus. Because of this, I think he may be really tired about now and that's why he didn't sing GN. I personally did not see many flashes going off. The one I did see right behind me was when Wm. Joseph was performing and security was all over them immediately.
