It's been quite funny for all of us to read the different "knowledge" that so many have with regard to our little star, Gregory, and his "condition". You should know by now that you can't believe what you read on the internet. Allow me to assure you... Gregory is simply not feeling well. He's 11 years old and this is a grueling schedule that takes its toll on all of us. He is an AMAZINGLY professional young man, who shows all of us up on stage every night with his talent and energy. His "condition" is not a "condition" at all. It is nothing serious and we expect fully for him to be back on stage showing us all up again very soon. I'm still not fully recovered from last night's concert. The first half was understandably a little rough, considering Gregory's illness, but Clay more than made up for it in the second half. It was just incredible. It was like some force took him over. The voice was stunning. Some of the best I've heard from him, ever. It was absolutely thrilling. Those pictures in the News & Observer slide show are adorable! And what an interesting article. AJ, the titles on that web page are links to other articles in the Arts and Entertainment section of the paper. They don't have anything to do with Clay. I know, sometimes it's hard to remember that not everything is about Clay ;-) The article you mentioned probably has a lot more to do with the success of the movie "Brokeback Mountain," which happens to feature gay characters and is winning lots of awards right now. I thought he was just rotating maybe three pairs, but that man seems to like his multiples (and his purple) almost as much as we do! I'm just amazed he hasn't seemed to mix and match yet. I read a M&G report somewhere on-line today, where someone commented on his stripey socks, and wanted to see which pair he was wearing that night, and he said something like, "looking at my socks is the same as looking at my underwear. I just had to share this! My daughter in law and I instant message a lot and lots of times I share Clay videos with her. She watches them and my little grandsons (6 & 3) watch them with her. This is an exchange tonight after she and the boys watched OHN from Atlanta. Calvin is 6!! :) DIL: Watching it now DIL: The boys are here DIL: Calvin said, "Is Clay Aiken a good singer or is he famous?" DIL: I asked him to tell me what he thought and he thinks that Clay is famous DIL: and he said that Clay was "magnificent" Is this COOL, or what?!! :) I recently made them a DVD of Clay videos and more often than not, the boys ask to see Clay instead of watching movies! She says they watch it a lot! Both of my little granddaughters (8 and 4) ADORE Clay also!! I must be doing SOMETHING right! :) I've been downloading the Clack from last night and it is WONDERFUL!!
